How I Made My First Million Francs Without Dropping Out of School

Mackeus Nguni

(Author of this writeup)

A lot of people have been asking me to show them the secret to my success.  Sometimes I say there is no big secret different from my teachings.  If you follow my teachings and do exactly what I tell you to do,  I don't think anything can stop you from achieving the same results that I achieve.  If you don't achieve exactly the same results,  at least you will achieve something similar. Brian Tracy says "If you do what other successful people do, nothing can stop you from eventually getting the same results they do. And if you don’t do what they do, nothing can help you."

It has not been an easy journey but it has been giving positive results.  I have always had a burning desire to attract money into my life since the age that I cannot remember. It was difficult to materialize this idea at the beginning. I thought about several things that I could do to start earning money without using money because I didn't have money. It was absolutely difficult.  However,  after serious thought,  something came into my mind.  Guess what it was!...It was comedy.

I started comedy with the hope of raising money to start my own business.  This does not mean that I didn't have passion for comedy. I really enjoyed and I still enjoy acting. But I had a burning desire to start my own business and become super rich. The desire was there but there was no money and financial intelligence. Unfortunately,  comedy didn't give me the money that I thought I needed to be financially free.

So, How Did I Make My First Million?

You need to start from somewhere.  I started by reading a wide range of books about personal finance and money management.  I read books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon,  The Millionaire Mindset,  How Money Works, The Science of Getting Rich, 21 Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, The Law of Financial Success, The Smart  Money  Woman etc. Now I have written my own book to help other aspiring millionaires get what they want.  The title is Money Mind.  It is a guide to financial freedom.  Don't hesitate to check it out and order for a copy right now.

How did I make my first million francs after spending a lot of time reading? My situation was like that of most people.  I learned about personal finance and money management but I did not have money to start making money.  I read in many books that one does not need money to start making money but then, I did not still know how that was possible.  Although I did not know how it was possible,  I was prepared to use any opportunity that would come my way to get rich.  When opportunity meets someone who is prepared, that is luck, isn't it? In a sense,  one needs to always be prepared.

One day I read a communique that they had released a list of students who were going to receive the Presidential Grant.  My name was there and I thought that was the right opportunity for me to start making the money that I so much desired.  I got the grant.  It was 50,000frs.

Before collecting the money I had thought about several businesses which I could put the money into.  Among the businesses,  transport business was the one that I was most passionate about.  But how on earth was I going to start transport business with 50,000frs? A motorcycle was at least 450,000frs.  A vehicle was at least 1.5 million. How was I going to make it happen with 50k? This was the point where I realized the importance of financial literacy.  I would surely not have been a millionaire today if by the time I stumbled on this opportunity I was not financially intelligent.

How Did I Use 50k Presidential Grant to Become a Millionaire?

With my knowledge of personal finance and money management (or financial education at large), I knew that 50k was a great sum for me to venture into any business that I desired.  But it was not just any business that I wanted. I wanted transport business. My plan was to set up a company in the transport sector.  I liked it; I yearned for it and I wanted to see it materialize. Again,  how was I going to do it with "only" 50k Presidential Grant?

Here is the secret. I summarize it in a single word "leverage". Leverage is what has made me rise from no franc to 50k and to a millionaire. I use other people's skills,  money and time to make my own money. How do I do that?

When I received my 50k Presidential Grant and I agreed with myself that I was going to invest in transport business,  I immediately joined a rotating savings and credit association (call it njangi) which was 50,000frs per month. But where on earth was I going to be getting 50k every month when I was a full-time student? That was not a thing for me to worry about because I was financially intelligent.

There were 10 people in the njangi and I applied to benefit first.  Thus,  everyone played and I benefited 500,000frs.  This was smart, wasn't it? I got this money for free: no interest rate and no taxes. It was absolutely free. That is how financial intelligence can help you.

As soon as I got the 500k, I bought my first investment property which was a commercial bike.  I bought it for 450,000frs and gave to a client for 730,000frs on mortgage (balance-and-take). He was going to pay me 80,000frs every month. Do you now see how I played that njangi back without stressing financially? Yes, I played it and had 30k excess cash which I was saving every month.

As I was saving the 30k, I was also doing other minor businesses like selling books and A4 papers on campus. These earned me some commissions which I added to the 30k every month.  As if that was not enough,  I bought and sold gravel on weekends to raise some money.  All these petit businesses were motivated by the strong desire that I had to expand my transport business.  Within the period of 5 months,  I bought my second investment property which was a second commercial bike.  I bought it for 450,000frs and gave to a client for 750,000frs still on mortgage.

From then, I started using the power of compounding. The two bikes were paying me 160k every month.  I used 50k to play my njangi and I saved 110k which I later used to buy another asset (bike).

It was in this way that I made a million francs while going to school. In my next writeup I will tell you how after that first million it has been very easy for me to make other millions without having to leave school.

THE WAYS OF MILLIONAIRES

Mackeus Nguni (Author of this writeup)

The ways of millionaires are not the ways of ordinary people.  There are the ways of people who have known that we live in a world of abundance and it is their right to possess enormous wealth and riches. They know that God did not create them and put them on this planet to suffer.  There is the need for enjoyment and happiness.

Before we get into these ways let me introduce my book to you.  It is titled MONEY MIND.  It explores details of concepts of personal finance and money management.

NOW LET'S GO...

Have you ever used or heard of the statement "Dis life no balance?"  Sometimes it is not only "dis life no balance", but "dis life no balance at all." This is a statement of inferiority complex. The people who use it are people who feel that some people are better off and they can never get to the position of such people.  Robert Kiyosaki says you are defeated once you say "I can't afford it". Winners ask "How can I afford it?" This goes same when you say "dis life no balance" or "dis life no balance at all." What you should ask yourself should be "how can I balance this life?" That is the first way of millionaires.  They don't sit and complain.  They make things happen. Remember that "there are no limitations except the ones acknowledged by the mind."

The next way of millionaires is knowing  that money is not everything but it is needed to make things happen. Now, look around you and see everything which makes life comfortable for you.  Would you have had those things if money was not involved? Certainly not! That is why money is needed in almost everything.  T. Harv Eker says "Money is extremely important in the areas in which  it works,  and extremely unimportant in the areas in which it doesn't." Therefore,  if you want to operate like a millionaire,  you must know that money is relevant in the things of this world.

Furthermore,  millionaires safeguard their money. This does not mean that they worship money.  It simply means that they treat their money well and keep it away from theft, embezzlement,  mismanagement, reckless expenditures, impulse purchases etc. Ugwu Arese says that "If you don't treat the money you earn with  respect,  it will leave you with no respect." I know you always complain that your rich brother,  sister,  uncle,  cousin etc. is stingy with their money.  They are not stingy.  They are simply safeguarding their money.  People who safeguard their money always plan before giving out money or even making purchases.  That is why you will see very rich and wealthy people who don't bother about spending money on stuffs like dresses.  According to them,  those are discretionary expenses.  They spend their money on non-discretionary things. In summary,  if you want to do like millionaires,  you must take good care of your money.

Another way of millionaires is caring for their health. There is a population saying that "Health is wealth. " This is so true to be argued.  Once you are in good health,  you  can work any desired amount of money.  But the moment your health fails you,  you cannot do anything reasonable. Millionaires know this and that is why they make sure that they take good care of their health.  They don't rely on junk food,  they exercise and they take medications when need be.  You certainly have heard some of them say "Feed the body  that works the money. " Yes.  It is  true! Feed the body that works the money! Give it food, exercise it through any sport of your choice,  work it out, have enoughsleep.  That is how millionaires do. It is their way.

Millionaires network.  You must have heard of the famous saying that "You cannot build an empire alone." You need to connect and work with people.  Among the Bangwa of Cameroon,  there is a proverb which says "tar abou aba le lebu kwet" which means "a single hand cannot tie a bundle."  This proverb takes different forms in different communities.  In some communities it is said that "If you want to go fast, go alone  but if you want to go far,  go in group." The moment you create good connections,  everything goes well in your business,  career,  academic,  church etc. In a sense,  you need to build right relationships. That is the way of millionaires.

Again,  millionaires know that failure is inevitable.  This means that failure is part of the process. Some  of them even believe that without failure,  success is not worth celebrating.  Therefore,  you need to fail and fail again.  Some millionaires know that they are trying hard only when they fail.  According to them,  if you don't fail it means that you are not trying anything.  Inasmuch as we want success  we must embrace failure.  Failure is not defeat. It becomes defeat only when we give up. As a millionaire,  therefore,  you must know that you have to fail so many times before you succeed.

To conclude,  millionaires don't complain,  they take good care of their health, safeguard their money,  network and consider failure as part of the process of success. These outstanding qualities make them different and outstanding in the society.  Anyone who is determined to be a millionaire must strive for these qualities.

Thanks for reading.  I wish you the best in your quest for financial freedom.  You can learn more about personal finance and money management in my book titled MONEY MIND.  Order now through 678639128 or moneymind06@gmail.com

50 Secrets of Millionaires

Mackeus Nguni (Author of this writeup)

Some years ago, it was difficult to become a millionaire because most people thought that to become one, one needed to simply be very lucky. However, times have passed,  things have changed and people have reshaped their thoughts.  It has been discovered that luck alone is not a critical factor for financial success. This is why the world is currently producing more millionaires than ever before. Thus, luck is a minor contributor for financial success.

There are specific habits which have produced more millionaires this century than ever before. Luckily for us,  these habits are not inborn habits.  There are learnable. Many people have learned and used them to achieve financial success.  I don't think your case can be different.  I believe that if you learn and practice the habits, you too will achieve financial success.

But I want to warn you! If you know that you are not ready to practice these habits, don't learn them.  The reason why I say this is because once you learn them and you do not practice them, you will not achieve any desired result. Furthermore,  if you learn but do not practice,  you will be a nuisance in the society.  You will go around telling people that you know how to make money when, in fact,  you are more theoretical than practical. I don't want you to fall in any of those situations.

Before we get into the habits,  I will like to introduce my book to you.  It is titled Money Mind.  It is a guide to financial freedom.  You can call the following numbers to get a copy: (+237) 680146580/ (+237)678639128.

Now, we can move straight to the habits.  Take your time to read them carefully.  Before you start reading them, I want you to say this prayer with me:
"Supreme God, I commit myself to reading and understanding these habits of millionaires so that I can practice them and become a millionaire too. I know I cannot do it with my personal effort.  I need your intervention.  Guide me through this process so that I do not disappoint myself... Thank you Supreme God."

If you have said that prayer then you are good to start reading the habits.  There are not in any order of importance because all the habits are good and necessary for financial success.

PREPARING YOURSELF TO GET RICH

 *PREPARING YOURSELF TO GET RICH*

Thousands of people are searching on Google everyday for ways to get more money.  If you are one of these people, ask yourself this question "What kind of person would I be if I was rich?"

Now, are you serious about becoming wealthy? Will you do whatever it takes? What if I told you that there is a technique that is not only proven, but so powerful that it works in 30 days or less? Are you interested? If you said "yes",  then there is one thing that you have to do in order for this technique to work. _You must make a commitment, not to me but to yourself._ Commit to do this simple exercise for 1 month (30 days). But I must warn you, you absolutely can not skip a day!

This method works as it builds up changes within you. If you skip a day, you have to start over, so please consider that before you start. If you can't promise yourself that you will follow through, then you might as well return to your life of lack and keep expecting something else to change! Keep expecting manna to fall from heaven which I bet you, it will never fall.

Now, I want you to take a moment and write down answers to that Question I asked earlier. "What kind of a person would I be if I was rich?"  Don't write a novel, but I'll get you going by giving you a few examples.

_What kind of a House would you live in?

_What kind of a car would you drive?

_What kind of jet would you own?

_What portion of your income would you use to do God's work?

_Who would you help, and how would you help them?

_What would this mean to your family, your children?

_Would you work?

_Would you vacation?

_ Where would you go?

_Which celebrities will you dine with?

Think on each of these questions and build up a mental image in your mind. And that is what you are going to be doing for the next 30 days.

Now let's get down to the actual method to get rich.

Get a pen and a notebook-- just a Beifa for 50frs and a 20 leaves exercise book for 100frs. That is 150frs all together, right? That is what will take you to a multimillionaire.

1. *Write down a simple statement of what you want to happen.*

🤔 Let me give you an example of how I used this very technique to make 20.000frs a day with one of my businesses. The title page of my first 30 day notebook was "I now make 20.000frs a day with my gravel business . I feel excited about my life and thrilled that I am helping other people achieve their goals as well by supplying builders with gravel, putting money in the pockets of gravel sellers, camion drivers and policemen in the road

Let's take a look at that statement in more depth. *"I now make 20.000frs a day".* That was my objective, to make 20.000frs a day with one of my businesses. I hope you noticed I didn't say it as if it was going to happen, but I said it as if it already was happening. Now, I am going to talk like this from now on. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS. I now make 20.000frs a day with_____. Period. At the time I started this technique I was making 0frs with this business and thinking about scrapping it. That's when I came across this method. And yes, I make a minimum of 20.000frs a day with that business.

Note that you must put in place an equivalent proportion of work to earn that amount. For example,  my own above has indicated that I needed to  buy and sell gravel. I really put in that effort. I did not sleep.  I worked my ass out to get customers who needed gravel. You need to do that too in your own area. Work, work, work. Put in all your effort,  energy,  time and skills to realise what you've visualized. That will work well.

But how does this work? It's about building up an image and backing it up with a feeling and work. How do you feel when you make the amount that you want? Do you feel relieved that you have no more stress? do you have more time to spend with your family? How does it feel to to be rich? Hold on to that FEELING for as long as you can.

2. *Give Yourself Permission and be Grateful*

Write this out, " I give myself permission to make _______FCFA." "I am so thankful for my life and this income." Whatever it is, you are giving yourself permission to receive. Obviously being grateful is just as important and you need to write down a statement of gratitude as well for your new income.

3. This is the part that you should enjoy the most. Right now, *you need to get in that picture.* It's you making ______FCFA . Stay in there as long as you can. Be in that car, living and enjoying your life in that new house, being debt free. Going on that vacation. Write it out in detail. What does it feel like? What does it smell like? What are other people telling you, how do your children act?

Just stay in that Life for as long as possible. Try for at least five minutes a day to start. Continue to write, don't worry about grammar, punctuation or anything like that. The goal here is to stay in this new life for as long as you can, in as much detail as you can. I am guessing that this is not like anything that you've done before. At first it might seem a little odd or maybe even uncomfortable. But don't stop, just keep writing. Isn't it a wonderful experience to make _____FCFA? Because now, you can do whatever you want.

Do you see what's happening here? The feeling that you are building up within you is the exact feeling that will occur when you are making _____FCFA. THATS WHY IT WORKS!

4. Thank God for your new life. This is similar to step 2 but is really important. Write out a statement like "Lord, I thank you for my income of 20.000frs a day. I am so grateful for this gift and I thank you that I am using it for my good and the good of others."

That's it. Does it work? I have used it 3 times over the last 6 months and for me, it has worked every time! The best thing about this method is that you can use it for anything that you want. You can start small and work your way up if you like. Just visualize yourself having what it is you want, Stay in that Life for as Long as You Can, Experiencing and Loving Every Detail and Be Grateful for it.

That's it. May 30 days from now bring a new you! Stay rich.

DEBT: A Way to Poverty or A Way to Riches?

Pertinent  questions that surround debt.

Mackeus Nguni
(Author of Money Mind)

1. What is debt in the world of finance?

If we go by the simple definition in Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, we will define debt as "a sum of money that somebody owes." In a more explicit way, it is money that one person or entity owes or is required to pay to another, generally as a result of a loan or other financial transactions.

2. Is it good to go into debt?

There are different perspectives from which people view debt. On the one hand, some people view it as a bad thing that can ruin your chances of ever getting rich, or a bad thing that can crumble your money if you already have some. On the other hand, others view it as an easier way to get out of poverty and to build enormous wealth.

Before you continue reading this writeup, find out within yourself how you view debt. Ask yourself if you think debt is a good thing or a bad thing.

Whatever  way you view debt can be correct. This is because debt can either make you extremely poor or super rich.  I will tell you a short real-life story which will explain this and provide a brief answer to question 3 and question 4.

3. Which debt can make you extremely poor?

When I was growing up as a child,  my mother was doing "petit trading" and her turnover was rapid.  Even though her income was small, it could get our basic needs.

After sometime, my mother met her old friend-- a friend since their days of primary school.  The friend was a successful business man who had built a great fortune. He had a beautiful house, a nice car and many other things which make life pleasurable. My mother envied him and she wanted to elevate her own status. Consequently, she borrowed money to do maintenance of our family house so that  it could look attractive. She also  bought good dresses for herself and for us (her children), and  many other liabilities.

Out of the sudden, my mother's business collapsed and she couldn't repay her debts. Her creditors kept piling interest on the principal loan. This was how she failed and thereafter,  everyone in my family grew up with the impression that debt is a very bad thing. As a matter of fact, my mother's failure became a case study and everyone in the family was warned never to get into debt.

Debt is really bad, right? It can ruin your entire life and the perception of your entire generations in a very short period of time, right?

If your answers to the above questions are all 'yes,' then you are right too. However, I want to tell you today that debt is bad only if you  get into it to buy liabilities. Liabilities remove money from your pocket. There are exactly the things that my mother spent the money that she borrowed on: house maintenence,  dresses etc. If you borrow money to spend on these liabilities then you will remain poor forever and your next generations will have a vary bad impression about debt until, by some grace, they discover, or someone teaches them, financial education.

3. Which debt can make you super rich?

It is very easy to use debt to become super rich.

My mother's old friend who had become super rich did not get his fortune through manners from heaven.  He told us about his story. It could be summarized in two words: "financial intelligence."  He learned about money and he was able to use debt to amass enormous wealth. I will not recount his story here because my book titled Money Mind recounts similar stories. Preorder for the book through (+237) 678639128 so that you will get your copy and learn about the stories once the book is published. It is a   guide to financial freedom.

The first thing that you need to do in this area is to become financially intelligent. As a financially intelligent person, you will know that when you borrow money, you are supposed to use it to make more money. This is done by buying assets  (things that will put money in your pocket), not liabilities.

Take this example: If  you borrow 450,000FCFA with interest rate of 3%/month, it follows that you will pay 13,500FCFA each month. (We have divided 3 by 100 and multiplied the result by 450,000FCFA).

As a financially intelligent person who has mastered the power of using debt to make more money, you can use the 450,000FCFA to buy an asset like a bike and mortgage it (give it out on the basis of balance-and-take) for 750.000FCFA within the period of 8months. In this regards, the customer who takes the bike will be paying you at least 20.000FCFA per week which you will be using excess cash to pay back your loan/debt. This means that in a month, he will pay you at least 80,000FCFA out of which you will use 13,500FCFA to pay interest for your debt and then use excess cash to reduce the loan. Note that as you reduce the principal/loan,  the interest reduces too.

I know that there is risk involved but that is exactly what makes some people rich and others poor. The rich take the risk while the poor fear and remain poor forever. If you want to get rich,  then start using debt to make more money once you conceive a profitable idea.

Learn more in Money Mind. Learn how to use other people's money, time and skills to enrich yourself.

4. How do I pay off my debts?

It is no longer time to be asking if your debt is making you more money or not. We have already discussed that and I guess it is clear enough for you to understand.   Let us now look at how you can pay off your debts  if you owe many financial lending institutions.

In this section, I want to note that paying off your debts is not done without serious thought. This is because random repayment of debts makes you stupid in the financial world. I am sorry for saying that but it is exactly the truth. You need to know a particular pattern of paying off your debts. I will discuss two main patterns here which can work for you and save you the disgrace of being stupid in the financial world. I call the two patterns or methods The Snowball Method and The High Rate Method.

Remember that when you borrow money, there is a minimum amount that you have to repay within a specific period of time, be it one week, one month  or one year. For example , you may borrow 100,000FCFA from the bank and the bank tells you that you have to repay 10.000FCFA every week. That 10,000FCFA goes to reduce your principal.

Now, how do the two patterns/methods of debt repayment operate?

With the Snowball Method,  you pay the minimum of  all the debts which you owe various financial lending institutions and send excess money which you have made within that period to the lowest debt. This will clear off your lowest debt within the shortest possible time.  For example , if you owe, say banks A, B, and C 100,000frs, 200,000frs and 300.000frs respectively, and your minimum payment in each of the banks is 10.000frs per month, it follows that you will pay 30,000frs in the three banks every month. If you work hard so that after paying the 30.000frs you still have excess cash of 20,000frs, you can use it to reduce your lowest debt which is 100,000frs. In this way, you will easily clear off the 100,000frs and thus, owe only two banks. Once that one is cleared, use the same approach to clear the 200,000frs which appears to be the next lowest. This is what we call the Snowball Method.

With the High Rate Method, you pay all the  minimum and use the balance or excess cash to reduce the loan with highest interest rate. For example, if the interest rates for the three loans above are 5%, 6%, and 4% respectively,  then by this method , you need to use excess cash to reduce the loan in bank B which has the highest interest rate of 6%. After clearing this one, the next one with higher rate is the loan from bank A. Its interest rate is 5% which is higher than 4% for bank C.

Whichever method you choose, be smart in it. You will get out of debt faster than you ever imagined . Don't repay debts randomly without  serious thought and calculation.

I will end here today. I wish you the best in your quest for financial freedom.

CRITICAL ISSUES ABOUT MONEY (part one)

MACKEUS NGUNI
(Author of MONEY MIND)

People who follow me on media platforms know that my niche is money. I talk about it on daily basis and one thing that you may not know is that I learn about it everyday too. This is really a painstaking exercise, especially for people who think that they are so busy that they cannot create time on their busy schedules to study about money. I am sorry to say that if you belong to that category of people then you are not on the right track... It doesn't just work that way.

You must have met, or at least heard of, specialists like artists who paint beautiful pictures which usually get people wondering how they do it. It is not magic. It is simple. Those specialists spend time more than you can imagine to learn how to do that work in their area of specialty.  They learn, try  it, fail, but certainly do not give up. The more they learn and fail, the more they do it better. They will never do it well if they don't try it and fail several times.

Money is not different. The more you learn about money, the more you discover different ways to attract it into your life. You discover some of these ways after failing awfully.  I will tell you something which will reshape your thinking and make you get better in your quest for financial freedom.

Many people just wake up and start chasing money  without knowing that money will keep running away from them. Money is like a fish in the ocean. A fisherman who runs behind it to catch it without a bait is definitely wasting his time.  He will never catch it unless by virtue of some mistake on the part of the fish. But a fisherman who has a bait will instead attract the fish into the direction of the bait which is his direction. This is the same thing with money. If you get up and start chasing money without knowing that you need to deliver value to attract it, you will find it very difficult to get it. Thus, the first critical issue about money is that, you don’t have to chase money as most unsuccessful people do. Deliver value and money will follow you.

Also, you don’t have to hate money if you want to attract it into your life. I understand that some people are so inclined to religion that they either consider money or people who possess money as evil. This is really bad of you if you are one of such people. Money is not bad neither are people who possess it. It is the way you see money and the people who possess  it which is bad. Reshape your thought because if you keep hating money and its possessors, you will never have it. Mark these words today: "You cannot fight for what you hate."

Another critical issue about money is that many people don't know about the exact amount of money that they want. I know some people will ask a question like "Am I even supposed to know the exact amount of money that I want?" Yes, you are supposed to know! Clarity is a critical factor in money acquisition. You need to know the exact amount of money that you are striving to have. You cannot be striving for something that you don't know about.  Once you know the overall amount of money that you need or want, you will develop strategies to get it. You will set the base of what you must make in a week or month or year.

Further, I have met several people from different parts of the country in particular and the world at large who do not really know that they don't have to spend more than they earn. They make reasonable amounts of money but spend carelessly.  If you really want to be rich, you have to live below your means. Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that you should not live a good life.  Of course you need to live a good life too. Good life is not meant for certain people. All you need to do is make more money so that you will live a good life and still stay rich. But keep in mind that you don't have to spend more than you earn. The way out is to earn more so that you will spend well without going broke. If you must spend more, make sure you are not spending on liabilities.  Spend on assets which will make you more money.

Furthermore, know that salary alone cannot make you rich. I know that this will shock many people because they believe that once you go to school, get a good degree and get a good job, you are rich. That is not true. No one will pay you a salary that will make you super rich. That is not done in my country. Rather, they will employ you, drastically increase your working hours and make sure that your dreams are frustrated. They will give you a meagre salary that cannot afford you a good house, car, travels and many other things. Don't you think you deserve those things? If you think you deserve them then you need to rethink.  Keep your job if you like it but don't depend on salary alone. Look for ways to make money in the form of profits, rents, dividends and interest. This simply means that you have to invest.

Again,  don't spend money on stupid stuffs.  What I call stupid stuffs are liabilities . Buy assets first. Assets put money into your pocket while liabilities remove it. You can buy assets and then use the money generated from the assets to buy liabilities if you cannot do without liabilities. Most young Cameroonians are poor because they spend much of their money on liabilities. They buy expensive dresses, shoes, wrist watches, alcohol and many more to impress the people. Know that the goal is not to look rich but to be rich.

To conclude today's edition,  I will advise that you invest much of your time to learn about money.  Get financial education so that you will know how to attract money into your life. I have made it simple in my book titled MONEY MIND. MONEY MIND is a guide to financial freedom. It teaches both basic and advanced knowledge of financial education which will help you achieve your financial freedom as soon as possible.  Contact me through the various addresses below for further information. Thanks for reading. I wish you the best in your quest for financial freedom.

THE CONCEPT OF MONEY

Money is very important in our daily activities. We  cannot function well without it.  In its absence, we cannot afford drinking water in our homes especially in town, we cannot get dresses to cover our bodies,  we cannot buy/rent houses to live in and we cannot even afford daily meals. These are basic necessities. If we cannot afford basic necessities due to the lack of money then how can we even get luxuries which make life more comfortable? How can we get the cars? How can we fly to different countries to enjoy different touristic sites? How can we buy the private jets? How can we get all these luxuries without money?

Therefore,  money is not a subject to be neglected . We need to get used to the subject of money so as to attract more into our lives.

Some people find it difficult to attract  money into their lives, yet they do not know the reason behind it. There are some questions that such people need to ask themselves and if they can answer them correctly, they will, from that day of answering, come out of that situation . They will start attracting money into their lives automatically .

Mackeus Nguni has raised many of such questions in his book titled MONEY MIND and he has provided  answers to the questions too. If you can be so lucky enough to lay hands on a copy of MONEY MIND,  all you need to do is read it and follow the habits of rich people mentioned in  the book. Your financial success will be guaranteed. It is all about mastering how to make money with or without money.

The book will be published soon.  It is a MUST READ. We guess it will be a best-selling financial book of freedom authored by a Cameroonian. You cannot afford to miss.
